Dr. Akhil Kumar is Assistant Professor (Law) at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, with extensive expertise in Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Jurisprudence and business Law. He has served as Director, University Five Year Law College, Associate Dean of Student Welfare, and Vice Principal. He has authored several books including Constitutional Law, published 36 research articles (also SCOPUS indexed), delivered keynote addresses and invited lectures, and actively promotes academic excellence, legal research, policy discourse, and community engagement through teaching, scholarship, and social initiatives.
